The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the metro station and situated in a peaceful area. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. What impressed me the most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The hotel has free and reliable Wi-Fi, and the staff were always helpful in arranging taxis when needed. the hotel's location, cleanliness, and friendly service were perfect for our needs.

Excellent transportation links; with a tram line right outside and a nearby metro station for easy travel around the city. Delicious breakfast; a wide range of options and plenty of food available. We loved the location of this place! It was in the heart of the city and we could easily walk to all the attractions. The staff at the reception desk were very courteous and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the room amenities provided here. The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free toiletries were all very useful during our stay. The dining in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. The food options were great and I especially enjoyed the rich fruit salad. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to a metro station and situated in a quiet area, easy to explore the city. Another advantage was that the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about the hotel. I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff.

Classic hotel with attentive staff, well-stocked rooms , and excellent breakfast. Convenient location near metro station Crocetta and within walking distance to attractions. Will visit again.
